Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of NoProb (“the Service”), operated from Ireland. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
NoProb is a software tool for self-employed repair engineers to manage jobs, customers, quotes, and invoices. It is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but make no guarantees of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service only for a lawful business purpose.
3. Your data
The customer, job, quote, and invoice data you create remains yours. We process it on your behalf to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications; (b) attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) upload malware or content that infringes anyone else's rights; (d) impersonate another person or business.
5. Billing
NoProb is currently free. The service is in a testing period: every account has full access, we do not ask for payment details, and no user is charged anything. If we introduce paid subscriptions in future we will publish the terms and give existing users notice well before any charge is made.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, threaten the Service, or remain unpaid. On closure, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow recovery, then delete it.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoProb's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
